STORE PICKUP

iSpark Toys does not provide shipping for online orders at this time. All physical items purchased at iSpark Toys Online Store need to be picked up in person at iSpark Toys Orenco Station Store at 925 NE Orenco Station Loop, Hillsboro, OR 97124. Once you receive the confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up, please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID to the store during regular business ours to complete the transaction. We may refuse to deliver merchandise during pick up if we are not convinced that you are the person who paid for the order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

We process your online orders during iSpark Toys’ regular business hours. We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, however Gift Wrapping may add to the processing times, especially on busy days. Please be assured that you will get your confirmation as soon as we are done with your order.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY

Merchandise availability on our Site is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via email. You can always verify availability by calling iSpark Toys Customer Service at 1.503.207.6570. You will receive a confirmation email once your items are ready to be picked up.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

iSpark Toys products displayed on the Site may be available in iSpark Toys Orenco Station Store. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise indicated.

Please note that while we have tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.

FREE GIFT WRAPPING

We love to wrap gifts at iSpark Toys! Please provide Gift Wrapping instructions at the Checkout Page if you need any (or all) of your ordered items wrapped. Any guidance you can provide as a comments (occasion for the gift, etc.) would help us pick the perfect wrapping for you. Please note that we may not be able to wrap irregularly shaped or oversized items.

AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF ORDERS NOT PICKED UP

We will cancel and refund any order not picked up within 10 (ten) calendar days from the day you are notified that your order is ready for pick up. If you are not able to pick up your order for any reason within this period, however still want to keep the order open, please contact us at 1.503.207.6570 or info@isparktoys.com to make alternative arrangements.

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Our return policy is quite simple. We only accept in store returns at iSpark Toys Orenco Station location at 925 NE Orenco Station Loop, Hillsboro, OR 97124. You can return your online orders to the store if:

  • The original packaging/seals is not opened or damaged in any way
  • You are within 30 days of purchase
  • Your purchase was not a clearance item
  • You have the original receipt
